Let's prepare Poppy Day
Hello!
Welcome to our blog. It's the first article (written by the students) and it is about Poppy day. Poppy day is an annual event. It is the day of the armistice, the 11th of November. It's an event to honour the victims of the war and the veterans who participated in the war (1914-1918)
In class, we watched a video about the Poppy story to find out information about it. We also listened to a poem entitled "In Flanders Fields" by john Mcrae and we studied it.
Divi Le Gall and Pablo Laruell
